Our Teen Center members will spend the summer designing an 8-week youth driven financial life skills program to be implemented for the 2009-2010 school year. The BE SMART program will promote fiscal awareness for teens ages 13 to 18, focusing on a multitude of financial components appealing to the teens of the North Valley, while at the same time addressing the issues of financial irresponsibility that are plaguing our nation’s youth.
